He led him through the crowd, hands laced together, ignoring anyone that got in their way. Noctis wasn’t normally desperate to hurry from anywhere that isn’t the castle but he wanted to be alone with Demyx. They got outside and looked around, a crowd still cueing to get in, some of them noticing the prince, glancing at Demyx and whispering.
“I was going to say go somewhere else, but.. we keep being interrupted.. How about we head back to mine?” his confidence from the previous kiss dropping. “If.. if you want to.. I mean, I’m pretty sure it’s the end of the date, and i probably bored you anyway, and you probably want to go and..” he felt himself rambling and stopped abruptly.

“It is rather beautiful, the castle. If.. if you want.. you could stay over? We’ve got spare rooms” he assumed the blonde wouldn’t want to be bunking with him. “.. and I could show you around tomorrow?” He suddenly felt all nervous, like a school girl with a crush. Checking his watch to keep an eye on the time, just out of the public eye, he looked back up at the blonde.
“We’ve got five minutes.. so.. just enough time to do this” he grabbed the blonde and pinned him to the wall, an action he was getting familiarised with, kissing him. This time gently, tenderly, with only a hint of lust. He didn’t want the blonde to think he wanted one thing from that night.
Axel looked out the window, smiling. He was about to open his own door, when Noctis took care of it for him. He chuckled...
