Axel laughed a bit, taking the flowers. “Friends do that kind of stuff, I guess. Mine let me borrow this tie.” He grinned.
“Nice to meet you, Noctis. I’m Axel.” Might as well tell the other his own name, it was gonna be even more awkward if he didn’t.
Well, blind dates were always uncomfortable. You just go to dinner or whatever with some stranger, someone you might not have even met otherwise, wasn’t that odd? He got a bit caught up in that thought, forgetting where he was.
“Name suits you” he said with a genuine tone, but realised he probably just sounded weird.
“Shall we sit?” he smiled to the red head.
Geesh Prompto, could’ve at least set me up with someone I might be able to get out more than 3 words around. The prince could feel his palms getting sweatier than what they were already.
“Wine?” he poured his own glass and offered to pour the expensive wine for the other. “I’m.. paying, so don’t worry about prices.
Wonder if he’ll question why a young person has so much money. The stuff here isn’t exactly cheap…
