Noctis was slightly shocked at the Lelouch’s sudden confession, listening to why his father was ashamed, interrupting after he mentioned the fact that he couldn’t rule due to being blind.

The prince could hear the grief in his voice as he mentioned his mother and sister.

“I’m sorry about your sister though” Noctis was overwhelmed with emotion, he didn’t believe it was fair Lelouch be treated that way.
Careful not to burn the boy or get smoke near him he gently hugged the younger prince.
